The problem

The work was good. The pipeline wasn't.

Every freelancer and small firm hits the same wall. You spend your best hours hunting your next client instead of serving your current one. The moment you get busy, the outreach stops — so the work dries up exactly when you've finished delivering. Feast, then famine, then feast.

I didn't want a marketing budget. I wanted a system. So I built one.

What it does

Four steps. No manual work in the loop.

  1. 01

    Find.

Surfaces verified prospects by sector and city, deduplicated so no one is ever contacted twice. Clean data in — the system never writes to the same person twice.

  2. 02

    Read.

Scrapes each prospect's actual website and identifies the specific weakness in their copy — what it's failing to say, and to whom. The machine reads before it writes. Most outreach tools skip this entirely.

  3. 03

    Write.

Generates a personalised initial email and a three-touch follow-up sequence, each in a specific voice, each referencing that business by name. Day 3: consequence. Day 7: cost of inaction. Day 14: break-up. One pass, around $2 per 100 prospects.

  4. 04

    Send and learn.

Delivers the initial, fires Day 3, 7 and 14 follow-ups automatically off database timestamps, and logs every send, open and reply back to the source of truth. The data sharpens the next iteration. The system gets sharper the longer it runs.

The economics

The number that matters.

Around $2 in API credits to generate and deliver a fully personalised four-touch sequence to 100 prospects. Not a template blasted to a list. A hundred individual messages, each written for the business receiving it.

That's the part most outreach tools can't do. They scale by getting more generic. This scales by staying specific.

The differentiator

Why it doesn't sound like a robot.

This is the difference. The system was built by a copywriter, not a developer who discovered an API. Every piece of work elsewhere in this portfolio — the brand voice for Goldust, the funnel for Sandra, the sequences for Bare and TrendHaven — is the standard the machine writes to.

The infrastructure is only half the build. The other half is knowing what good reads like, so the output earns a reply instead of a delete.

The stack

Open source. No lock-in.

Built on n8n, Claude, Supabase, Gmail and Cloudflare Workers — open source where it counts, no platform lock-in, engineered so the unit economics hold as it scales.

Want this for your business?

The system is the product. If yours has a similar problem — outreach that won't scale, copy that undersells, infrastructure that doesn't exist yet — the conversation starts with an email. No questionnaire. No pitch deck. Just tell me where it's stuck.
